PIANO STUDIO

PHILOSOPHY: As a professional musician, it is my intent to provide each student with a music
education that is enjoyable as well as one that will instill a sense of self-discipline and poise through the experience of learning to play the piano.
PRACTICE: Practice is essential in the development of any discipline. In order to progress as
a pianist, all students are expected to devote the necessary time needed to accomplish the weekly assignments.
TUITION: Tuition is billed per month for the number of lessons scheduled.
PAYMENT: Payment is due the first lesson of each month. A tuition notice will be emailed or mailed in the event no email address is on file. Payment is made either by cash, check, or Zelle. There is a RETURNED CHECK CHARGE of $20.00. Any tuition payment that is not received on or before the 10th of the month will be charged a LATE FEE of $15.00. Checks should be made payable to Marc Hebda.
TERMS: There are three terms, Fall, Spring, and Summer which follow the Leon County Public School calendar. Students are encouraged to study during the Summer term as continuity is the most effective way to develop as a pianist. However, due to summer vacations, etc., the Summer term is flexible.
CANCELLATION: There are NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS for student absences or Acts of God. In the event of teacher cancellation, a make-up lesson will be scheduled the month of the missed lesson.
